Announcement for Consultant (s) to

 

“Conduct Citizen Scorecards and Project Lessons Learnt”

 

The Advocacy and Policy Institute (API) works towards building capacity for Cambodian advocates with regard to advocacy skills and policy development, with its mission to serve the long term democratic and social development needs of Cambodia through the empowerment of people to interact with their government to protect their rights and provide for their needs. With financial support by the United Nations Democracy Fund (UNDEF), the Advocacy and Policy Institute (API) has launched the new project "Enhancing Local Democratic Governance in Cambodia – Citizen Score Cards”, to strengthen local governance and social accountability in two districts of Kampong Thom and Banteay Meanchay provinces. 

 

API is looking for an individual or group of consultant(s) to work with the API team (1) to conduct two Citizen Scorecard surveys, (2) to analyse the data and write up reports, and (3) to document project lessons learnt including the Scorecard methodology and findings within a two years project period, March 2018 to February 2020.  Please see detailed TOR:http://www.apiinstitute.org/index.php/announcement/job-announcement/66-job-announcement-csctor
