This EU funded project focuses on strengthening the capacity of the Provincial Associations of Local Councillors (PALCs) and their members, by promoting accountability, transparency and responsiveness to the demands of citizens and the needs of vulnerable groups. With a total budget of almost 450,000 euro and six target provinces, it is one of API’s bigger projects, and we implement it in a joint venture with the Provincial Association of Local Councillors in Pursat and Aide Et Action International (AEA).
