I have over ten years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, and I am an expert in the results-based management (RBM) of public health, as well as in private sector development, rural development, natural resource management, governance and civil society. My work includes extensive field experience involving research and analysis, as well as design and implementation of assessments and organisational programmes. I have been working mostly for non-profit entities, including my current employer, the UN’s International Organisation for Migration.
