The Advocacy and Policy Institute (API) is a leading Cambodian capacity-building organization in the areas of advocacy, policy influencing, citizen engagement, and good governance. API is a non-profitable, non-governmental organization (NGO).

📋 Position Summary 

• Position: Environmental Project Consultant
• Contract type: 4-month short-term full-time contract
• Location: Phnom Penh and frequently traveling to provinces
• Monthly fee: USD 600 to 800
• Report to: Head of Program (HoP)

📋 Job Purpose

API is looking for a full-time “Environmental Project Consultant” who is responsible for an EU-funded project through Bread for the World, “Build One ASEAN of Sustainability and Solidarity with a Partnership between Youth, CSOs, and the Member States, (A-SASSY) Project in Cambodia. API will implement components: Digital Environmental Education Learning for Youth, Youth-Led Initiatives and Actions, and Youth Mobilization and Advocacy in Cambodia. Its overall objective is to equip youth with knowledge of the environment and climate change, the capacity to better manage climate risks, and the means to enhance youth-led climate action and advocacy initiatives.
