This report highlights the achievements, challenges, and lessons learned from the “Access for All (A4A)” project, implemented by the Advocacy and Policy Institute (API) in partnership with the East-West Management Institute (EWMI). The project aimed to increase the availability of independent, evidence-based information and promote freedom of expression in Cambodia, with a special focus on indigenous women and other vulnerable groups. Through capacity building, advocacy, and innovative tools, the project empowered communities to participate in local governance, request public information, and engage in policy dialogue. The report documents significant progress in raising awareness about the importance of access to information, supporting legal reforms, and fostering collaboration among government, civil society, and communities. This publication serves as a valuable resource for policymakers, practitioners, and stakeholders committed to advancing transparency, accountability, and inclusive development in Cambodia.
