The objective is to increase the capacity of interested of citizens in analyzing commune and district budget allocations, improve information sharing and public understanding of the commune and district budget, and enhance their communication and advocacy skills to use commune and district budget analysis result to strengthen demand and allocation budget to citizen more effectiveness and efficiency.
