This report summarizes the achievements, challenges, and lessons learned from the Cambodia Aid Advisory Services Grants Scheme, implemented by the Advocacy and Policy Institute (API) with support from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and managed by Tetra Tech International Development. Covering the period from August 2024 to January 2025, the report highlights API’s efforts in promoting inclusive and democratic public policy development, fostering digital rights, and advancing access to information in Cambodia. Through policy dialogues, national forums, and innovative digital tools, the project strengthened cooperation between government, civil society, and communities, while empowering citizens to participate in governance and advocate for transparency and accountability. The report also documents key events such as the International Day on Right to Information, Smart Village Lab, and the Phnom Penh Internet Forum, offering valuable insights and recommendations for future initiatives in good governance and social accountability.
