PALC
We currently cooperate with six such associations in the provinces of Pursat, Kampong Thom, Kampong Speu, Banteay Meanchay, Kandal and Kep, in an effort to build capacity and enhance their accountability. The PALC in Pursat (AMDCSPUR) is also our official partner in the EU-funded project described here.
