SIDA is a development partner with freedom of information priority. SIDA was UNESCO’s back donor in supporting our campaigns and involvement in the first draft of an access to information law (2016-19). SIDA has also been a long-term supporter of the decentralisation and de-concentration reforms in Cambodia, emphasizing local democratic governance.
