VOICE
In Cambodia, this global grant facility is operated by Oxfam, and it funds API’s project “Voices and Actions of People with Disabilities in Social Accountability”, particularly reaching out to those who are discriminated for multiple reasons, such as women or youth with disabilities, in order to help them make their voices heard in the framework of social accountability mechanisms.
