This Project Management course is designed to equip professionals with the essential skills and strategic mindset needed to lead projects effectively from inception to completion. Dr. Oeurn Sim is a seasoned development practitioner with over 27 years of experience in social and economic development, specializing in governance reform, gender mainstreaming, institutional strengthening, and capacity building. Holding a PhD in Development Management, he has led numerous Training of Trainers (ToT) programs and facilitated leadership development for government officials, NGOs, and community leaders across Cambodia. Dr. Oeurn has worked with leading organizations, including MoEYS, World Vision, GADC, GIZ, Save the Children, and API, where he has developed training curricula, conducted research, and championed gender and human rights integration. Fluent in Khmer and English, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise, facilitation skills, and deep contextual knowledge to every training initiative.
