I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management from the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE). My professional background includes extensive experience in administration, human resources, procurement, and finance with organizations and companies such as Cambodian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (CARDI), Heifer International Cambodia, Malaria Consortium Cambodia, Palladium, and Abt Associates Inc. I am excited to join API-Improved Service Delivery project and contribute to its mission of supporting vulnerable people and building capacity for change.
