Administrative Decentralization Advisor

I hold a Master’s degree in Public Administration, majoring in Management, from the Build Bright University (BBU). My professional background includes extensive experience in community development and safe migration with Samaritan Purse International Relief organization and as a social media and communication facilitator at Phare Ponleu Selpak Battambang. Previously, I was a Community Engagement Field Officer and Area Supervisor with the Mahidol Oxford Tropical Medicine Research Unit (MORU). Recently, I have also worked voluntarily as a Sexual Orientation Gender Identity and Sex Characteristics (SOGIESC) expert and mental health healing consultant to improve gender justice and human well-being. And I am excited to join API and contribute to its mission of supporting vulnerable people and strengthening the transparency and accountability regarding the public service delivery of administrative service at One Window Service Office.
