I am the founder and director of Rachna Satrei, a grassroots organisation based in Siem Reap and established in 2005. At the same time, I am the provincial coordinator of Siem Reap’s NGO Network, representing 150 local non-profits. Previously, I earned my Master’s degree in General Management and I am a PhD candidate.
