Pitou Chhay
I used to work as a Social Accountability Project Manager with the SILAKA Organisation, and as a Civic Engagement Field Coordinator with Wathnakpheap. I have gained more than 10 years of professional experience with non-governmental organisations, and in the private sector. I have also dedicated time to research in various sectors, such as SME development and poverty reduction. I have expertise in programme and project management, as well as extensive experience in communication, coordination and administration. I hold a Master’s degree in Development Management from Norton and a Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language from UME. At API, I am in charge of a number of projects focusing on social accountability.
