Senior Programme Officer and Trainer

Before joining API, I worked as a Training Coordinator and Senior Trainer for SILAKA, where I also facilitated in the field of good governance, social accountability, communication, and training of trainers for almost 20 years. Before that, I was a Senior Project Officer at CARE Cambodia, and a Senior programme Officer at the Cambodian Civil Society Partnership (CCSP). I have led training teams in order to build capacity of stakeholders in projects related to women empowerment, citizen engagement, and social accountability. I have a Master’s degree in Development Management and and a Bachelor’s degree in Science.
