Srey Leab Souern
I received a bachelor’s degree at Pannasastra University of Cambodia (PUC), majoring in Business Administration, and I also earned a Diploma level at Australian Centre for Education (ACE). In my prior work experience, I mostly worked very closely with both high school and university students and played a very important role to assist students who had difficulty with their academics and paired them with tutors/student buddies. I also worked with people, communities, and governments. I currently work with the Advocacy and Policy Institute to promote access to information, build capacity for disadvantaged group and additionally organize various types of forums/outreach activities for beneficiaries to express their concerns/issues to sub-national authorities and national level.
