I recently graduated from the Royal University of Phnom Penh with a Bachelor ‘s degree in Tourism Management. I attended many pieces of training such as , Business plan development field research, Strategic tourism management, Project monitoring and evaluation, Applied research method, Tourism impact assessment and management, Financial management, Visitor attraction management, Sustainable tourism, Risk and crisis management, ICT & E-commerce, Introduction to digital journalism, Travel agency and tour operator, hotel management, Social Psychology, and as a volunteer with Union of youth federation of Cambodia, Almost 3years since 2019 – 2022 I volunteered as a Community Accountability Facilitator (CAF) in Innovations for Social Accountability in Cambodia (ISAC) Project in Ta Khmua, Kandal Province by Advocacy and Policy Institute (API). I got a lot of experience and courses that provided by API such as social accountability and digital security, Information for Citizens (I4C) and open budget, Citizens Monitoring, supporting collective action for change, Women leader… in late 2022 I became a part of API family as a Project Assistant of ISAC project. I have a good command of understanding project Innovations for Social accountability in Cambodia ISAC as well, friendly, supportive, committed, flexible, teamwork and completes tasks with minor supervision, Moreover, I’m good at social media, Facilitating, Communication, Social Phycology.
