Strengthening institutional capacity and improving service delivery remain central to Cambodia’s development agenda. During 2024–2025, API Development Consulting expanded its role as a social enterprise providing high-quality consultancy and training services to civil society organizations, government institutions, development partners, and the private sector. The portfolio demonstrates strong performance, with 48 proposals developed and 21 assignments secured, spanning governance, advocacy, digital public services, climate change, GEDSI, health policy, youth empowerment, and SME competitiveness. Through tailored training, policy analysis, feasibility studies, and institutional support, the initiative contributed to improved accountability, inclusive service delivery, and evidence-based decision-making at national and subnational levels. The results underscore API Development Consulting’s growing technical credibility, strengthened partnerships, and contribution to sustainable capacity development across sectors.
