Following the completion of my Master’s degree in International Public Policy at the Osaka University, I have been working in Cambodia for almost 20 years. Civil society organisations, UN agencies, the Japanese Embassy and the Government ministries were among my employers. I have experience in the areas of education, gender, women’s rights, legal reform, strategy development, research and evaluation, and good governance in Cambodia. Currently, I am working as a Lecturer on governance and gender at the Royal University of Phnom Penh and the Pannasastra University of Cambodia.
