Nee Meas
I’m Dr. Nee Meas, a Cambodian development practitioner and researcher with over 40 years of experience in education, health, and community development. I hold a Ph.D. in Social Work from La Trobe University, Australia, where I focused on post-conflict social reconstruction in rural Cambodia.
My journey began as a teacher and nurse, later expanding into mental health, community organizing, and policy consulting. I’ve worked with international NGOs, led research across Southeast Asia, and currently serve as Senior Technical Advisor at Dewey International University. I’ve also authored several books on Cambodian village life and development.
