As such, I have managed over 30 internationally funded projects focusing on promoting the right to information, good governance of natural resources, human rights, democratic development and decentralisation, advocacy and education. I have held management positions at the United Nations Development programme (UNDP), Aide et Action International Cambodia (AEA), Pact Cambodia, to name but a few. I have a Master’s Degree in Development Management from the Norton University, and a Diploma of International Training on Human Rights, Peace and Human Security from the Uppsala University in Sweden. Currently, I have the overall responsibility of managing API, being accountable to our Board of Directors, donors and beneficiaries.
