I started working for API back in 2013, and I currently manage the organisational budget, administration, HR, as well as the financial monitoring and compliance. I have more than 15 years of experience in the Admin & Finance Unit of both local and international organisations in Cambodia, such as the CPN/CDPS, the Ponleu Ney Kdey Sangkhum (PNKS), the Lutheran World Foundation (LWF), or the Cambodian Labor organisation (CLO).
