Ratha Phan
Academically, I’m holding Dual Master’s Degree in Law from Royal University of Law and Economic and Université of Lyon3 (FRANCE). I also graduated Dual Master’s Degree in Sociology from Vietnam National University-Ha Noi (Vietnam) and Vanderbilt University (United State of America). I have more than 9 years of professional experience with International Organization, International Advisory and Consulting Company and Cambodia-NGO in governance & social accountability programme and legal & policy advisory. I am delighted to work with API and thus contribute to the goal of helping vulnerable people, as well as of building capacity for change.
