Koemseng Chren
At API, I work for the “Access for All” (A4A) project, which focuses on the rights of indigenous women. Previously, I was a good governance programme officer for public services with Star Kampuchea. My main skills are related to collecting and storing data, as well as analysing budgets. I have been involved in the Implementation of the Social Accountability Framework (I-SAF, phase 1 and 2) as a provider of Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions to community accountability facilitators (CAFs) and co-organised public forums and awareness campaigns at the commune level. I also have some experience with social media campaigns. In the field of information technology, I have received an award from Open Development Cambodia (ODC) at ICT Cam 2018.
