API build capacity on advocacy, social protection, commune investment plan for leaders and staff and members of the CDPO on several advocacy projects since 2013 to present. CDPO is members of Access to Information Working Group focusing rights to information for people with disabilities. CDPO was established under the National General Assembly in 1995 comprising 119 members, including persons of diverse disabilities and leaders from the government ministries.
Since then, CDPO as well as the disability movement, has been officially recognized by the government and the general public and has successfully promoted the rights and participation of persons with disabilities.
