This comprehensive report presents the achievements, challenges, and lessons learned from the second phase of the “Citizens’ Voices and Actions for Sustainable Development in Cambodia” project, implemented by the Advocacy and Policy Institute (API) with support from Brot für die Welt and DanChurchAid. Covering the period from 2022 to 2025, the report highlights the project’s impact in empowering citizens, especially women, youth, indigenous people, and people with disabilities, to actively participate in local governance, advocate for transparency, and drive sustainable development in their communities.
