Provision of Simultaneous Interpretation Services, Interpreter Booth, and Headset Equipment (2026-2028)

The Advocacy and Policy Institute (API) invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for the provision of simultaneous Khmer-English interpretation services, an interpretation booth, headset receivers, and related technical support for the National Workshop Celebrating the International Day for Universal Access to Information 2026, 2027, and 2028, to be held in 2026 on 28 September 2026 in Phnom Penh.

Interested service providers are requested to submit:

1. Company profile and registration documents/profile summary.
2. Technical proposal/Quotation describing the proposed interpretation equipment and service approach.
3. List of similar assignments completed in the last three years.
4. CVs of proposed interpreters.
5. Financial proposal with detailed cost breakdown for each event (year).
6. Contact information for at least two references from previous clients.
