The Advocacy and Policy Institute (API) invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for the printing materials: newsletters, leaflets, Banners, and Panos under the A-SASSY Project. Suppliers are requested to submit quotations inclusive of all delivery costs. The goods will be delivered to designated locations in Battambang, Kampong Cham, Tboung Khmum, and Phnom Penh. The list of delivery destinations is provided in the distribution section. We will provide contact details for the responsible persons later.

Interested service providers are requested to submit:

1. Company profile and registration documents/profile summary.
2. Technical proposal/Quotation
3. List of similar assignments completed in the last three years.
4. Financial proposal with detailed cost breakdown, including delivery costs.
5. Contact information for at least two references from previous clients.

📝 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Proven experience in printing, production, and distribution of communication or promotional materials.
• Ability to produce high-quality printed materials in accordance with technical specifications.
• Capacity to deliver materials to multiple locations within the required timeframe.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience working with NGOs, development projects, or educational institutions is an advantage.
• Ability to meet deadlines and address feedback from API in a timely manner.
• Must possess a valid business registration and relevant licenses (if applicable).
