| 10-February-2026

This report presents the outcomes, challenges, and lessons learned from the implementation of the Change the Game Academy (CtGA) program in Cambodia from 2019 to 2024. Led by the Advocacy and Policy Institute (API) in partnership with the Cooperation Committee for Cambodia (CCC), the initiative aimed to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations (CSOs) in mobilizing support and advocacy, ensuring their sustainability and effectiveness nationwide. The report highlights successful strategies, reflections from participants, and recommendations for future capacity building in the Cambodian context. This publication serves as a valuable resource for organizations, practitioners, and stakeholders committed to advancing advocacy and sustainable development in Cambodia.
