Dissemination Session on OWSO and Ombudsman Office

On September 15, 2021, our “One Window for Citizens“ (OW4C) team, together with our young volunteers from the city of Battambang, held an online dissemination session aimed at enhancing public awareness of the One Window Service Office services as well as of the role and responsibility of Ombudsman. We also promoted the use of our Interactive Voice Response and Chatbot tools that allow citizens to access information about these public services. More than 60 participants (youths, CBO representatives, local entrepreneurs, other citizens) attended the session and gave feedback to the service providers. This activity is part of our USAID-funded project dedicated to strengthening and improving the operation of One Window Service Offices.
