"Hello, this is the One Window Service Office!"

Information will soon be a phone call away! Our USAID funded project called "One Window for Citizens" (OW4C) has now proceeded to recording the audio for its automated Interactive Voice Response system (IVR). Currently, it is still common for citizens to get information on One Window Service Offices (OWSOs) from informal, word-of-mouth sources, or by making long, time-consuming trips to and from these offices. The IVR system will make it easier to access to information on what documents and fees are required to obtain OWSO services. You can find out more about our project here.
